I don't know if you will print this but there was/is a bad smell in this bag ---- I loved this bag when I saw it online and have ordered. When I received it --- it had an unpleasant odor. When I called the seller tried to tell me it was leather and then blamed the Revains warehouse. The bag smelled like it was wet in some stupid spot and then dried (it didn't show any sign of wetness) - some of it might have come from the Revains warehouse but I doubt it - it was a strong basement smell. told the seller I would keep it in our outside workshop and try to air it out. She suggested I keep it outside. (I live in Minnesota and it's winter now so it's not very nice outside) Some of the smell is gone, but it's still peculiar --- While it's still in the shop. (I've been a regular Revain customer and have never smelled like this on any of my purchases) I kept the purse in the garage for about 2 weeks --- "some" smells gone but not all --- I got me however decided to keep them I might think twice before using this company again---Maybe it's just once---I've given the wallet and the company the benefit of the doubt------- - I've had my wallet in the garage for about a month and it smells and looks great. I'm still not sure I would buy another product from this company but Revain has always had great customer service.
