The first example had a broken lanyard clip. the pen was missing. I was also less than impressed with how well the buttons attached to the jacket. The seller promptly sent replacements in a smooth process. The replacement arrived today. Three of the four buckles are very loosely connected to the coat and come loose on inspection. The fourth snap doesn't close at all. The materials of the hood itself are very good. However, they have skimped on trifles; Pull latches, line clips to the point where there's no point in buying these. I find the closures particularly interesting as they used Velcro rather than face covering closures.
