They're very responsive when it comes to getting back to you about your questions or concerns; they are flexible enough to make changes as needed but still keep things professional at all times. Their customer service department needs some improvement if there's ever anything urgent going on (that isn't related to billing); however, this has nothing to do with the actual services provided by the team here! If someone wants full control of running their own ad campaigns rather than relying upon vendors like ourselves who may not be experts on everything advertising can entail - then look no further! We have been using lime light over two years now and haven't had any issues thus far (except what might come up during seasonal events). The biggest benefit? It gives me peace of mind knowing my accounts will continue I have been with Limelight for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience.
