These small food strainers made of 18/8 stainless steel are versatile in the kitchen. You will receive 2 identical mesh filters with fine holes. They are made of stainless steel. They have a long handle and a hanging strap on the other side, so you can place them on a mug, glass or other small container while straining. Part of the filter is shaped like a cone, but I like that it has a flattened area at the top of the cone. This makes it easy to place on the counter. I also like that the handle is designed to hang on a rail. I hang up all my dishes. They're great for dusting cakes and pastries with powdered sugar, sprinkling cinnamon on coffee drinks, brewing loose leaf tea, straining fresh juices, straining liquid sauces, and probably all sorts of other things. Really great little screens.
