6 feet, 215? Buy large if your waist is under 34.

These are exactly the type of sweatpants I wanted but I had to order the big ones. I'm 6ft 215 and usually wear jeans with a 34 waist and a 33 length (I buy 34 and hemm them). Got my medium size today and wear it to the gym. The length was perfect and they felt great on the legs. However, the plus size would fit my waist better and I could hem the length if needed, so I'm ordering two more plus size pairs tonight. Hope that helps.
