This is my new party piece! Every time I visit friends I take it for fun to kill time and to be honest it's quite a new invention and it's literally addicting lol. I love being the cool guy who brings new things to show my friends. The battery is amazing and lasts more than 8-10 full "procedures". I like that it's battery operated so I don't have to worry about cables. Path. There are 6 speeds, I haven't gone over speed 5, speed 1-3 is enough but it's nice to know you have higher speeds when you need them. and nice gentle massage. My recovery time after the gym has almost halved, after a hard workout I use the machine to smooth out muscles and prevent post workout muscle gain, on day 2 (which is said to be the worst for muscle tightness) it's not half bad. On the second day, I use the device again to smooth it out even more. I'll say it's quite a relief and I feel like it helps muscle recovery a lot. The wife also agrees, she's a woman and doesn't play sports but loves a good massage. . Speed 1 for her, but it's much easier for me to just hold the device in my hands and I don't have to manually stimulate her muscles. She usually flips during a massage because it's very relaxing. The good thing about the instructions that come with the massager is that they explain what each attachment can be used for. There is one that looks like a two prong fork, I couldn't even imagine what it was for but after reading the manual I thought it was for your spine. Haven't tried it yet, but it would be a nice feature! I've been using it for a few weeks, something will be updated in the future.
