Review on Optimal ProStretch NightSock: Effective Relief for Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis, Night Splint Alternative with Added Toe Support, Fits Most Sizes by Jeremy Romero

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not suitable for orthotics, splints and bandages

I've been using soft shoes at night for years and they work pretty well, but I wanted to try something new because the boot is too bulky. I bought this product after seeing a YouTube video made by a physical therapist advocating it. Conceptually, this product made sense, but the design needs an overhaul. Too much stress is placed on the toes, causing them to flex too much and not allowing sufficient dorsiflexion of the entire foot, which is necessary to stretch the Achilles tendon and plantar fascia. A toe platform is present, but that doesn't seem to work very well either. Also, this product will not work if you have toe problems such as peat, constriction or big toe stiffness.
