Cute little summer bag. I use the outside zip pocket for my phone, the two hand pockets are flat so nothing stays in place. The zipper on the inner wall is also flat, I put things there that rarely need to be reached, but now; headache medicines, hearing aid batteries. Internal zipped divider where I keep my stationery. It would be better if the lining was attached at least in several places; because it's not, it's like a big hole inside. But it was what I wanted, so I'm happy. This isn't the type of bag I prefer and was just meant to be a cute bright summer bag.
