I bought two of these organizers for my kids to help us organize the school week. My kids are 7 and 3 years old so all items used in this organizer are for young kids. I hung them on the wall. We chose to use the smaller left pocket for socks and the larger right pocket for underwear. On the back, which has 18 pockets, we will store extra socks. It helps me after washing and helps them be more engaged and independent getting dressed in the morning. The gray color of the organizer is very pleasant. Mesh pockets are tight and don't hang out. I think they will loosen up over time but I like that it's a good build overall. The hanger is metal and it appears that the rod that holds it in the organizer is also metal. The rod inside (which holds the hanger) seems pretty flimsy. However, it occupies most of the length of the entire width. To give exact measurements this is an 11 inch diameter leaving only 1 inch on each side. I believe that this organizer will serve in the coming school year and will be of great help to our family. The price was correct and in line with other similar products and the delivery was fast. So far we are very happy with the product as we prepare for this school year.
