Our level up died after two or three months. The company was kind enough to send us another one. Now, a year later, both units are dead. They are glowing. However, when the button is pressed, the blue light will illuminate, a bubble or two will appear, and then it will turn off. For €150 it's not worth it. Also, USB is poorly designed. In order for the device to light up (and charge) I have to press on the cable where it connects to the power converter (AC to USB). Otherwise the device will not be powered. We tried hydrogen tablets. Expensive. Not recommended for everyday use unless you are ill.
