The seller gets 5 stars because they shipped quickly and the item arrived as described. The guide lacked help setting up a headset for the Polycom VVX601 phone, but it worked in the end. (I had to contact our phone service provider (Nextiva) to adjust the settings on their side to have the phone retain the Jabra EHS settings.) Hearing clarity is excellent, especially when I'm in my home office. Sometimes people on the other end of the line say my audio is distorted, especially when I'm outside (about 60 feet from base). Overall I give a 5 star rating because I can use the speakerphone while working.
