These attractive pans are sturdy and attractive. When used as directed the pans heat evenly and release food easily. The bottoms are thick and they are a bit slow to heat up. They are oven safe up to 500 degrees F. Although they are dishwasher safe I opt for handwashing to preserve the non-stick properties. Pretty impressive.
