Review on Hotbodies Racing Y04R1 RSET Fiberglass Bodywork by Jacob Jefferson

I ordered this for my 2005 Yamaha R1. When I went to install the front fairing everything was fine, but when I went to install the oil pan I noticed that the engine was cut off the left side of the fairing. I thought this is funny, the engine cover that I fill with oil is on the right side. I put the fairing under the bike and tried to line it up with the front fairing but it didn't fit at all. Not only is the skin not aligned with the front fairing, but it also meets the exhaust, stand mount and sits about 2 inches below the mounting points. the tail section is also wrong, it does not match one of the attachment points. They ended up sending the right front fairing and fender, but the bottom and rear from a different bike. It took me about two months to try and install this and when I tried to contact the seller I couldn't contact Amazon so I had to pay a bunch of money to have a mismatched fairing kit that didn't fit my bike.
