I needed a slicer to cut various thicknesses of products for dehydrogenation, this is a cool thing. By the way, it is the only one that has such a range of adjustment, often it does not exist at all. Solid contraption for many years, the quality is excellent. The set comes with laminated instructions for various types of cutting. And in the kit there is no nozzle for shredding Korean carrots. It is sold separately in my opinion.
