Looks washed! in my opinion

Fits well but the color is not as shown. Royal blue is a matte blue, not as bright as in the picture. My two year old daughter has to wear a uniform to school and she already has a pair of royal blue polos that I bought from another store. I compared the two and the one I bought in class looks like it has been washed.
