They don't stretch like Stretch Armstrong - they feel like they're filled with sand, so when you stretch your arms, your arms stay stretched out ( I think if you leave it for a few days it may return to normal). But you can click on them and make them "normal" again (I guess that's part of the fun). I keep them on my desk in case of stress and distractions during long conference calls. I also use it to strengthen a previously broken wrist. (It's more fun crushing the little weirdo than a ball) Cons: They smell really funny when they come out of the box and you start crushing them. Like very strong aviation glue or rubber glue. I crushed them within minutes of opening them and they smelled A LOT but the next day the smell was gone. Now they only smell like plastic. If you push her as hard as I did, you'll erase her face pretty quickly (I only have a week and the green guy is already faceless). It's okay - draw another one! But I thought you might want to know :)
