The large enamel pan is easy to use and works great!
I wanted this because I bought one for my mom and she loved it The large skillet is the perfect size for a family of 4. I'm considering ordering the smaller one (perfect for 2) because it's so awesome! After using it to fry the chicken pieces, I soaked it for about 10 minutes and it washed off right away. This is my new GO TO for roasting anything in my oven. Love it!
