Review on ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Set of 3 Bellemain Spice Gripper Clip Strips for Plastic Jars - Holds 12 Jars by Michael Bustamante

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Suitable for ALL shapes and weights of spices, VERY sticky,

***Updated in over a year***It was installed over a year ago and still works as well as when it was first installed. Not a single holder broke, and nothing came loose from cupboards or anything like that. I still highly recommend the purchase and the durability has been great since we charge it 24/7 as you can see in the photos. First, I'll address some of the "issues" from the lower rated reviews here. If you are considering buying this item please read these points below as I almost didn't buy it based on the reviews but I'm glad I bought it because it works great. 1. Some say your closet door should be flat, which is half true. The surface they stick to needs to be flat and although they can come with 4 holders each, they can be cut! There is a pre-drawn line between each spice holder for easy trimming. I believe that almost everyone could find a place to pocket if they only worked with one or two condiment holders at a time instead of four. out of the package.2. I'm not sure why so many people have trouble gluing this condiment holder. As you will see below, I had no problem holding heavy glass spice jars. My guess is that the surface they are pasted to is not in good condition or used them too quickly. In order for such an adhesive to work effectively, it must "settle" and have a clean surface that does not chip, peel, or interfere in any way. When I installed them I gave them 24 hours before adding any spices to them. You may not need it, but many of these stickers take 24 hours to take full effect. Regarding the glass sizes, I haven't come across any that don't fit and I have several brands as you will see in my photos. Again, I think people expect too much from them. The large spice jars are a little tricky to put in the first time, but they go in and stay put and I haven't broken a holder. Even with big bottles. So I disagree that only certain sizes and brands will fit as I have at least 4 different sizes and they all work well. closet space. Anyone who thought they would gain a lot of closet space by hanging a few spice jars on the door shouldn't have good spatial thinking. It's not about getting a lot of space. I got part of my closet back, which is good, but it has more to do with usability. Although we had one of the steps as a condiment holder to move it so you could all see it didn't help much and made things even worse. By hanging these spices I can now see EVERY spice at once without having to dig. I don't have to worry about running out because I forgot one was tucked away somewhere in the back, or buying an extra one because one got buried or dropped. Did I get my office seat back? Yes, and every square centimeter counts, especially with children. Has it completely liberated my office? Of course not. But the ease of using my spices every day is worth buying this.5. Material. Some complain about cheap plastic. yes it is plastic Plastic is what we like to call flexible, unlike many other materials. This is a great material for storing these spices as the handles bend and bend to hold different sizes. If it was that cheap they would pop right away, but they don't. In addition, 3M support is a real science and magic. We take things like this for granted, but if you spend some time reading about how these sticky backs work and are strong enough to hold a lot of things but not too strong to tear your cabinets apart, you'll see how impressive these are. substrates. . Composed of plastic and thin foam on a backing, this name also helps it contour surfaces that aren't perfectly flat and things that bend. If it were a rigid material it would fail much more quickly and wouldn't be flexible enough to handle more than a size or two. As far as how well they actually work I would say they are amazing! I have spices of all shapes, sizes and weights with no problem. I bought them a few months ago to give them time to fail if they wanted to. The base is a very thin foam which is great for this application, especially if your cabinets flex a bit when opening and closing. We also have soft close cabinets that can help improve their adhesion. You can see in the picture that I have a shelf half full of glass spice jars that were once brand new and originally only had glass jars. They don't get much heavier than these and holding them has never been a problem. It is also suitable for very large spices. It made a huge difference as I could see all of our condiments and if I had more condiments I would buy more because they are amazing!
