I bought this on April 2nd and almost 2 months after using it left a review to see if it was just in my head or if it actually works. I hate to accept that because I'm not the type to believe everything on the market, but I believe it works. My beard looks fuller with no blemishes. I wear it every day. I don't use a dermaroller but I think if I did it would help and maybe give faster results. If you have any doubts take my word for it and get it, you won't look back just be patient.
