This is a good pump but better for footballs, volleyballs, basketballs etc. I thought I read it was great for 55 .65 cm fitness balls. Spring. maybe if there was a big needle, but it was difficult to maintain a good seal when pumping air into the ball (and my fitness ball is fairly new). I think there are better fitness ball pumps out there than these. This will work, but you'll have to pump very quickly and press down on the ball very hard while you're pumping to prevent too much air escaping because the seal isn't that good. In general everything is fine.
