I like this shower. It is very difficult to find a sprayer with a built in switch. This is a good feature. I worked in a hospital and our patients used it. Patients liked the switch on the nebulizer. This product is almost the same as what we have in the hospital. The hose was a bit stiff when I received it. The ones we used in our hospital used flexible metal tubing. They bend more easily. This hose is vinyl I believe. I had to take a hair dryer to straighten the hose. It comes with a tube wrapped into a small circle. I had to heat it to flatten it. Now everything is in order. As you start using it with hot shower water, it will soften. Now everything is in order. There are no problems with the hose. At first I was scared. The control valve is made of plastic. Looks cheap but ok. Just be careful not to damage it during installation. Don't hesitate, I would buy another one.
