Review on ⌚ Charles Hubert Paris S Collection Mechanical Watch (Model 3866) by Joshua Carter

I like the case and the look of the watch, but as one of the reviewers noted, it's difficult to read thin hands against the jagged background. If you wear reading glasses, you will find it difficult to tell the time without them. One of the reasons I like pocket watches is that their face is big enough that I don't have to wear reading glasses to read the watch. Note to the manufacturer; You should consider making a mechanical watch with a flat white dial in a similar antique silver case. Speaking of the case, to open the front, push the crown "a little”, to open the back, push harder. This works well for the back of the case, but you only need to press lightly on the front to open the case. It seems that if you accidentally 'clicked' the watch just a few times, it would no longer stay closed, i.e. the little tongue barely stuck to the lid. Conclusion: A nice watch, but there are some problems!
