Unreliable POS Scanner Disappoints Customer
As a result of using this product I found that it frequently malfunctioned and caused delays at checkout. The device was not compatible with some of our software, causing frustration for my employees and customers. The only positive aspect was the affordable price, but the cons heavily outweighed it. This scanner may work for smaller businesses, but for larger ones with more complex systems, it's not worth the headaches and lost revenue .Electronics should make our operations smoother, not cause unnecessary chaos..
