I love these headphones and the support from Aiwa is the best I've ever encountered! I have bought 3 more headphones from them in the last 4 months and have not been disappointed either. I use this pair specifically mainly for TV and movies, sometimes listening to music, for TV and movies I never miss a note or a word. what they say and they also sound like I'm in a theater. I have yet to try the voice assistant, which seems to come in very handy for outdoor activities this summer, so I'm looking forward to it now! It's very comfortable and I wear the glasses from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed so I know they don't cause any problems for glasses wearers and I wear the headphones almost every day 8 hours and haven't experienced any listening fatigue or wear and tear and the battery lasts a full week with such usage without the use of ANC. By the way, I didn't use ANC. In my experience, the controls take some getting used to and have always worked well for me. Finally, I would like to say that if lost or stolen, I would replace them immediately, no questions asked! Thanks Erin
