I bought this roof rack to fit a 42 liter Dolomite top case on my 2014 Suzuki V-strom 1000. The instructions were clear (and cleared up some mysteries related to attaching the case) so installation was easy. . However, there was a sticker on the luggage rack advising that the weight should not exceed 6 kg. There is a sticker on the case that says it can withstand 10kg. Does this mean I can only carry 6kg minus the weight of the suitcase? The stand itself is pretty sturdy and I think it will last for quite a while.
