I've also tried a bike kick (also broke) so it's best to think ahead. The plug-in mattress pump at Walmart, Revain, etc. works great. You might want to underfill it a bit for more bounce. I'm definitely buying a 12ft for my birthday to be super fun. PS it will knock you down if hit or kicked hard enough. Dreams come true.
