No pinching/damaging of connectors
Braided cables are great because 1) they don't tangle as much and 2) they last longer than traditional rubber-covered cables. I have used many braided cables and they are not all the same. Many still do not have a plug/connector retainer and therefore still fall apart at this junction and soon deteriorate as the braid wears and the wires are exposed. What I love about them is that the piece of rubber that surrounds the male/female connector on each end is longer than most brands and is designed to be flexible. You'll get a lot more life out of them that way. I have 3 sets at the moment and they have outlasted other brands,
