First off, let me say that I did a lot of research before spending that much money on my baby formula, but I'm so glad I chose these! I love it! I make cleaning very easy and odor free! My cats are also quite large and they fit great. Second, I'm not very tech savvy, but I was able to set everything up and connect the app. If you can use an iPhone, you can do it. I didn't realize it either, but there were plenty of extras in the kit, like bin bags, extra side foam pieces, and extra rakes, so I should be good at maintenance for a while!
