My regular Thunderbolt cable was showing some wear but I didn't buy the 10ft cable like I've had in the past and it only lasted a month. I took the plunge with this cable and was pleasantly surprised. The texture of the cable felt stronger than a regular Thunderbolt cable and not as flimsy as my previous 10ft cable. Charging was quick. Liked the length because really how many times have we sat next to a plug at an airport in the past because the cord wasn't long enough to stand up on. It's long enough that you can sit on the sofa and plug it in across the room and still use it comfortably. I can't say anything about the durability at the moment because it was only for a short time. I highly recommend choosing a cable for cost, charging power, and length, which makes it very useful in all situations.
