I can't log in: Router

Activate according to the instructions Set up an account. A password has been created. But if you choose Wi-Fi on your laptop, go ahead. It will open a Keepgo browser page where you need to login. Like all Wi-Fi I've used in the past. But I can't log in. I used a password I created. The password supplied with the device, used to activate .nothing. Tech support email after the day they want more information. Seriously, I can't log in. So photos sent with wrong website password. This happens on the 2nd day. Come back the next day.
