Review on πŸ’‘ Westinghouse Lighting 14-Inch LED ORB Picture Light, 4-Watt by Luis Green

Good value for money wall light

We think the light is just right, not too bright and not too dark. The best light is about two feet wide and goes down about 18 inches before fading towards the bottom of the image. When you extend the telescopic arm it's not the same color as the rest of the light (we ordered bronze/black oil and the inside of the telescopic arm is silver) but it's not very noticeable unless you're standing against the wall right next to the painting. It's down a bit so the light doesn't shine in our eyes, but it still shines, so we added a strip of black tape at the bottom so we can sit next to the light and stop it shining in our eyes, but that Color still glows well We only stuck the top half of the tape to the light, leaving the bottom half of the tape hanging down like a curtain. It sounds like it's going to look cheap and rundown, but you don't even notice the duct tape on it. The real bulb is covered by a clear plastic diffuser and the light is LED anyway, so we don't think heat will be an issue with the band. ordered a roll of gray tape to make a curtain so it wouldn't glare in our eyes but I don't know if the tape would be invisible in brighter light. This is very good value for money compared to a MUCH more expensive headlight. The lighting REALLY brings the picture to life. I don't know how we lived without her for so long.

Pros
  • ETL/CETL listed has a five year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
Cons
  • Could have chosen a more recent model
