Review on Doc.ECM by John Hashman

It is simple to use and easy to navigate for first-time users. You can search through any document you have stored at anytime, anywhere. I like that it has an option to add new folders or tags when they are not present before (I've experienced this with other programs). The program could be more intuitive. For example: there's no way of knowing what folder you're currently viewing unless you click "View Folder" as opposed to being able to see everything from one place. This allows me to create specific categories of files so that I don't go searching throughout my computer every day looking for something. Also, if you want to know where things were last saved/opened in order for them to keep their location history, then I would recommend adding each file into its own category. I also really enjoy how much quicker I am working now because of the speed of finding information. Having been using my computer almost constantly since I was younger, having had both a desktop and laptop computers, there used to always be some problem whenever I needed help for anything related to work. Now, however, it doesn't take long The ease of use for our customers. It is very simple to configure and it is intuitive to use.The integration with other applications is excellent. The support is great too. I would like more features but this is not a problem because the price is also very good. We are connecting two different systems (our own system and an ERP of another company). This has allowed us to have control over all aspects of our business and keep everything in one place.
