Nair does the same job better for half the price! Update: I tried again as I had some left and it worked better, maybe I was just sensitive when I first used it. I would also like to add that the customer service is excellent! I wasn't expecting to hear anything after my review but the company contacted me as soon as they saw I was not happy with what they could do to fix things. In an age where everything is done online, it's nice to know that they genuinely care about their customers. 2nd update I wanted to add that while this product didn't work for me, the customer service was fantastic! They contacted me several times and refunded my money. You can not ask for more. I wouldn't hesitate to buy other products from them knowing they really care about customer satisfaction. In the world of online scams, finding a company that is doing business the right way is very rewarding.
