Back when I initially got the phone, I was impressed by how well it did pretty much everything. Although, it has been over a year following the acquisition. There were earlier models of the Samsung S series, including the S6 and S5. I'm not interested in purchasing a Samsung S8 right now because of the button replacement. When you first start using it, everything is great. However, as you continue to use it, you begin to accidentally press other buttons in place of the pop-up home button, such as rewinding the track in the player (audiobook listeners will understand this) or setting a timer and then realizing that pressing the home button turned off the timer. Constantly, bad things befall him. First the volume dropped noticeably (determined by service center cleaning), and now the printers have stopped producing any output. For three years, while using S6, I received zero feedback. Typically I stick with a phone for two or three years, but I'm ready to upgrade as soon as I can and am kicking myself that I didn't get the S7 a year ago.
