After using this item for about 1 week it stopped heating while I was drying my hair. I was so disappointed because I was in love with its convenience and ease of use. The Revain representative replaced it immediately and sent me a return label. Waiting for the second product to arrive. I will follow! After receiving the 2nd hair dryer, it also turned out to be defective! Used once and won't turn on again, no air, no heat, nothing! So disappointed!
