The shampoo itself looks good and works surprisingly well! Smells good. I have struggled with pretty bad dandruff most of my life and have tried pretty much every other anti dandruff shampoo on the market (Head & Shoulders, Neutragena T Gel etc dandruff). I've used their body wash fairly regularly and was happy to see what they do, anti-dandruff shampoo mixed with apple cider and vinegar and I mean who the heck wants that stuff in their hair for hours at a time? Godsend noticed improvements after the first use. My only issue was the way it was packaged and shipped and yes the pump it came with ended up replacing it with a better one that came on one of my old same brand body wash bottles that fits inside. Also, it was shipped with a pump cap and no foil which resulted in the lid coming off and a bit of product spilling during shipping. I think it might be air travel. I think he had to travel by plane during transit, and the high altitude does not suit shampoo bottles with this type of pump. This brand usually ships their soap bottles with a plastic screw cap and a seal underneath and the pump cap is packaged with that and not over it, so I don't understand why they chose to ship with a pump cap this time and not a twist. a protective seal of foil or above.
