Slice Right does not work well with round watermelons
Slice Right Melon does not work well with round watermelons, which are the most popular sizes. The cutter cuts straight slices in one direction, but when used to cut cross slices into smaller pieces, it turns the watermelon into a pulp. I love watermelon so I've tried it a few times with unsatisfactory results. A proper cut may work best with a long watermelon, but not well with rounded melons, especially when they are very ripe.
