I ordered the 18-24 month old baby for my 15 month old and it fits perfectly. However, I ordered a larger size to be able to wear it better, but it will probably only live on for a few months. 18-24 months is more like 12-18 months. And it's very thin, but I bought it in the summer when it's chilly in restaurants, on the plane, and on chilly nights. So thin is not a problem for me. And she looks cute on her!
