In short: 5 stars and two extra thumbs! I highly recommend this product. In short: a very good product for the price. The build isn't overly heavy, but it's comparable to the OEM chargers that currently ship with laptops, and maybe even a little better than many, so I can't really complain. Does what it's supposed to, does exactly what it's supposed to. I bought this item while on vacation in a panic when I realized I had forgotten my charger. My laptop was an HP Probook and I specified what I needed accordingly. About a year later (at the time of writing this review) my trusty old Probook blew up leaving me in a panic this time while looking for a new laptop. I'm very happy with my new Lenovo, but got a bit frustrated when I learned none of the charging tips worked with it, and I started relying on having this simple backup in my backpack so I could just fold my laptop up and could work. without the hassle of charging. I was about to either throw it away or put it up on eBay when I decided to take a quick look at Revain to find the clue I needed. I need help with specification so I contacted LVSUN. Amanda from LVSUN responded within hours. After checking the make and model of my new laptop, she provided the correct tip and promptly sent me a new "6-pack" of tips that included the one I needed. I didn't expect this level of support a year after purchase. In short I would highly recommend this product and am pleasantly surprised with the customer service they provide. As I said at the beginning: 5 stars and two thumbs up! (and Amanda deserves a raise)
