I forgot to mention in the video that you should ONLY hold the mop by the handle! Every other area is very hot. That being said, I couldn't turn it off by pressing the blue button for that reason, so I just unplugged it from the cord (which is why I left it at 4 stars). My suggestion is to first set the steam level low or high by pressing ")))" - low corresponds to white light and high to orange. I hope my review helped me understand this product better :) Update: I added another star because the customer service was fantastic and the issue I mentioned was fixed!
