I have very light, thin, thin hair. I tried several sizes but the velcro stuck to my hair and got tangled. Even the dark brown and black colors could not be hidden. While the use of clamps should be self-explanatory, the instructions weren't in English. I'm disappointed in the product, I really wish it would work for me, I'm sure it will work for others with darker, thicker hair too. Do not buy this if you have blonde fine hair and don't have a hairpiece on top to hide the curl. There was no option for slight bumps - I might have managed that. But then there would still be an issue with the Velcro tangling my hair.
