I bought this because it's made in the USA. I chose the color Granite as it looked the least plastic. It's small and doesn't have much depth in the tank where the roti needs to be placed to heat up, so it can't be any bigger without sticking together. Traps the moisture in the bowl (from the roti) and collects in a circle on the side of the bottom. And it only stays warm for a while. Moisture can be prevented by placing a piece of paper towel on the bottom and maybe some paper in between to keep the roti from sticking together. It's decent enough for everyday use (we eat wheat tortillas for breakfast), but a bit small for entertaining. I would have preferred to wrap them in a heavy towel and put them in a wicker or bamboo tortilla basket with a lid. Or ceramics. Both tend to be more expensive.
