As a result of my tests, I determined that the Kirei Sui ruffle sleeve top is a winner. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the ruffles add a cute touch to any outfit. My daughter loves wearing it to school and to playdates, and it washes well without losing its shape. However, it runs a bit small so I would recommend sizing up. Overall, a great addition to any little girl's wardrobe.
