No, I'm not kidding! I got them for Christmas and waited for my son to leave in February before using them. A small frying pan slipped out of my hand while washing and hit the edge of the sink, it's no longer round. I figured it was just going to hit harder than I imagined. However, after using a large frying pan with a lid and a pot with a lid for food, now neither lid fits properly. Nobody dropped them, they were hand washed, it's not clear why that happened. I have ordered numerous products from Rachel Ray and it fell far short of my quality expectations. The customer service link goes straight to Rachel Ray, but it's a broken link. 😥
