Not for meager amounts.
One detail annoyed me. The blades don't quite reach the bottom, so when I tried to make tahini (ground sesame seeds mixed with oil), they couldn't be crushed. Luckily, my blender got the job done and bulkier foods should handle just fine. This processor does not work for small quantities. Otherwise I'm happy with it and grateful that the lid doesn't have flimsy little ribs to hold it in place. The processor is strong, in everything.
