This is the SECOND receiver. Both devices have the same problems. The FM bands work great, but the AM bands are just noise across the frequency range. Even weak signals are not audible, only loud interference. I even bought an antenna booster. No help. Live in Los Angeles with many strong radio stations. The rest of the product is very good, with a very high screen resolution and lots of features. The dealer had no suggestions and stated that they had no known problems. There are configuration options but nothing works. If the radio worked I would rate it 5 stars.
