Review on SMAKN Programmer CH341A Burner EEPROM by Victor Correa

I bought this product and couldn't get it to work for the rest of my life. Finally found drivers and software. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit, but the guy also offers 32 bit drivers. I'm trying to reset an Atmel 24C04AN that requires 5V. I had a jumper on pins 2-3 which are for 5v devices. But in the video the guy says that the device will NOT work if there are no jumpers on pins 1-2. He's right! As soon as I put jumpers on pins 1-2, the software suddenly showed that the device was connected and I was able to read the chip successfully! I think that people selling this product can add a little note directing people to the YouTube video, then it will help a lot of people. I'm a bit concerned that this product won't work if we have a jumper on pins 2-3 (TTL) which I assume applies to ICs that use 5V logic instead of 3.3 Use V logic Atmel IC I've read uses 5V logic and even though the jumpers were set on pins 1-2 I was able to successfully reset the ROM with no issues! It was nice.
