I needed to replace a pair of high-end headphones. I FOUND THIS PRODUCT WITH MORE FOR LESS! I called the toll free number with a question. A live English speaker who knew the product replied and trained me. Where else do you get this kind of support now? NO WHERE The delivery was fast. The product was as expected and requested. It took a few uses to see how much my wireless headphone experience improved, but MAN IT WAS GOOD. The distance the signal traveled was the same as the Sony, around 150ft through the walls it replaced, but with one change. it was clearer and not as noticeable at maximum distance from the transmitting station. Keep in mind that these phones are lightweight, weighing less than 1/2 pounds, while other comparable phones weigh 1 and 1/2 pounds. This weight puts pressure on your head and neck. So I carried these phones for 4 hours out of the box. They came loaded. And they still worked. That lightness means something to an older person like me at 71. I have a question for you, dear reader.
