My scale was a few grams off and there was no way to calibrate it. I ship a lot and need a reliable scale. I never send anything too heavy. So I don't need anything industrial. I weighed 5 pounds when I received them. It was several ounces. After several unsuccessful attempts, I learned how to calibrate the scale quickly and easily. (Be sure to keep the instructions handy.) And sure enough, they weigh perfectly now. I double checked it by weighing a 500 gram weight. Yes, it weighs in grams too. This is an exceptional scale that is real value for the home office or those who have a business on eBay or any other business that requires package weighing. I don't need scales connecting to the network. I have an app that retrieves my bets for me. So this scale is great and I think it's a real buy from Revain.
