Somehow I ended up with three sets of scoops and only ONE tablespoon from the whole set. Where the heck did the other two tablespoons go?! I cook weekly for groups of 12-15 and if it's a teaspoon or less I just use my hand. I usually need the number of tablespoons (because there are three teaspoons in each tablespoon, don't you know!), and a good measure of tablespoons is valuable. So I looked for these coffee spoons. Have you ever tried scooping something hard like dried brown sugar or cold hard coconut oil with a regular stainless steel measuring spoon? you bend. you suck However, these puppies are STRONG. I love her. I want all my measuring spoons to be as beautiful and durable as these. They'll probably never be used for coffee, which is fine with me. And I might have to hide them if we have guest chefs this summer.
